This 6-bedroom, 4 bathroom ski in/ski out chalet offers views of the ski runs from the front, and the golf course and village from the back! Located in popular Sunburst Estates, it's just 5 minutes' walk from the village, and ski trail access is 5m from the driveway! Located near the foot of Sunburst Drive, Casa Jax is ski-in by people who are good novices or better, and there's a short walk to the bend in the road, then ski down to the main lift base and village. This fully equipped home features a living area with loveseat, lounge chair, sofabed and futon, gas fireplace, wireless internet access, tv/dvd, surround sound stereo, baby grand piano, complimenting the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunks along with an en suite three-piece bathroom with shower, and private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third has a double bed with another set of bunks. The loft area has a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom, as well as a separate powder room. The mudroom has a boot dryer, indoor ski storage and a waxing bench, and recycle bins. At 2000 square feet, there's plenty of space for everyone in this beautifully furnished and decorated home. The main house has two queen beds, two quad bunks, and a set of single bunks. Attached to the house is Doug's Den. This two-bedroom suite is available to larger parties (it is not rented out unless the same party is also renting the main house).
