Situated at just over 1250m (4000ft), Sun Peaks is one of the few B.C. resorts that has the elevation to ensure that there will be good snow cover during your ski vacation!
There's terrain to suit everyone, novices through experts, over 3675 acres of trails and close to 3000ft of vertical! With 12 lifts and almost 560cm (about 220in) of powder falling each season, the 110 groomed trails, 12 gladed areas, and 3 terrain parks will keep you entertained!
Proving that Sun Peaks is world class, through to 2010 the Nancy Greene International Race Centre will host the Austrian men's and women's alpine ski teams for early-season training prior to the opening World Cup events at Lake Louise!
Besides skiing and snowboarding, there are plenty of Sun Peaks winter activities! Non-skiers can enjoy cross country skiing, bungee trampoline, groomer rides, dog sledding, swimming, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, showshoeing, and spa services!
